Pear Chocolate Galette
A popular French dessert using our flaky, buttery, and tender crust. The combination of pear and our housemade chocolate cream base makes this dessert very decadent!
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Pear, Semi-sweet Chocolate, Milk, Cream, RAW Eggs
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- While frozen, bake at 375F for about 45 minutes or until almond cream browns.
- Let the galette cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy!
Crust should be very dark brown.
