Pear Chocolate Galette
A popular French dessert using our flaky, buttery, and tender crust. The combination of pear and semi-sweet chocolate sitting on top of our housemade almond cream makes this dessert very decadent!
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Pear, Semi-sweet Chocolate, Almond Flour, RAW Eggs
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- While frozen, bake at 375F for about 45 minutes or until almond cream browns.
- Let the galette cool for about 10 minutes and enjoy!
Crust should be very dark brown.
