We've collaborated with a local company, Hammer & Chip, and using their exclusive coffee beans, The Mexico Chiapas, we've infused into the milk before turning it into a crème pâtissière or a custard. Flaky, tender, and buttery on the outside; smooth and creamy with bold coffee flavours on the inside!

Ingredients:

Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Milk, Eggs, Corn Starch, Hammer & Chip Mexico Chiapas Coffee Beans

Baking Instructions:

  1. Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
  2. Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
  3. While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
