The Chicken Mornay is like the classic chicken pot pie but with a French twist. Filled with chicken breasts and vegetables, it is mixed with house-made Mornay; which is a French style milk-based sauce with provolone cheese, giving a richer and creamier texture.


Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Chicken (white meat), Peas, Carrots, Milk, Provolone Cheese, Spices

Baking Instructions:

  1. Optional: Egg wash the frozen pie.
  2. While frozen, bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
  3. Turn the temperature down to 350F and bake for another 60 minutes or until it's golden brown.
  4. Let the pie cool for about 45 minutes or until it's warm at the bottom of the plate. Enjoy!
