Capocollo Pizza Pie
Forget pepperoni! Freshly sliced before putting onto the pizza pie, the capocollo is a delicacy out of the cured meats. With our mildly spicy housemade pizza sauce and our flaky, buttery, and tender crust, this will be a party pleaser.
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Capocollo, Mozzarella, Tomato Paste, Oregano, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper
- Line parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- Place frozen pizza pie with the baking sheet on the MIDDLE rack.
- Bake at 425F for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pizza pie cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
