Filled with Gala apples, its juice is turned into a sauce to coat the apples, which amplifies its natural flavour while adding minimal sugar. The apples are diced so the pies are nicely packed with no fillers. The soft texture of apples compliment well with the light butter crust.
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Gala Apples, Cinnamon, Potato Starch
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
