Hope you like cheese 'cause this one has 3 kinds: ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella! Warm ricotta will give a creamy texture while the flavours will come from the spinach, parmesan, and mozzarella.
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Spinach, Ricotta, Parmesan, Mozzarella
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
