Collaborating with Paddy's Barbecue & Brewery, this may be our most exciting pie of the year! The pulled pork is slow roasted and apple wood-smoked for over 12 hours. Add Paddy's signature juice and Himalayan Sauce and you have one unforgettable pie. No filler.

Ingredients:

AP Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Paddy's Barbecue Pulled Pork, Vinegar, Tomato, Molasses, Maple Syrup, Herbs, Spices

Baking Instructions:

  1. Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
  2. Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
  3. While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
