You've had Jamaican Patties before but have you had them in a flaky, buttery, and tender crust? Out of respect to the Caribbean cuisine, we've amplified the flavour and dialed the heat to medium spice level; our spiciest pie on our menu.
Ingredients:
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Ground Beef, Onion, Bell Pepper, Apple Cider Vinegar, Spices, Chili Paste (Chili, Garlic, Acetic Acid, Modified Tapioca Starch, Potassium Sorbate)
Baking Instructions:
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
