Our chef's favourite. Filled with Gala apples, its juice is turned into a sauce to coat the apples, which amplifies its natural flavour while adding minimal sugar. The apples are thinly sliced to not only draw more of its juice, but to also soften its texture to compliment with the light and buttery crust.
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Gala Apples, Cinnamon, Potato Starch
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pie.
- While frozen, bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
- Turn the temperature down to 350F and bake for another 45 minutes or until it's golden brown.
- Let the pie cool for about 45 minutes or until it's warm at the bottom of the plate. Enjoy!
