Chicken Mornay Pie
The Chicken Mornay is like the classic chicken pot pie but with a French twist. Filled with chicken breasts and vegetables, it is mixed with house-made Mornay; which is a French style milk-based sauce with provolone cheese, giving a richer and creamier texture.
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Chicken Breast, Peas, Carrots, Milk, Provolone Cheese, Black Pepper, Nutmeg
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pie.
- While frozen, bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
- Turn the temperature down to 350F and bake for another 60 minutes or until it's golden brown.
- Let the pie cool for about 45 minutes or until it's warm at the bottom of the plate. Enjoy!
