Chorizo Pocket Pies (6)
Collaborating with Ernest Meats, we're bringing you spiced chorizo in our flaky, buttery, and tender crust. Mildly spicy, the chorizo is mixed with a little bit of potatoes and cilantro to bring you a unique flavour.
Ingredients:
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Chorizo (from Ernest Meats), Potato, Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Cilantro, Chipotle Pepper, Vinegar, Soybean Oil, Spices
Baking Instructions:
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
