Chorizo Pocket Pies (6)
Collaborating with Odd Sausage, we're bringing you Latin style empanadas but in our flaky, buttery, and tender crust. Very mildly spicy, the spiced chorizo is mixed with a little bit of potatoes and cilantro to bring you a unique flavour.
Ingredients:
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Chorizo (from Odd Sausage), Potato, Onion, Tomato, Garlic, Cilantro, Chipotle Pepper, Vinegar, Soybean Oil, Spices
Baking Instructions:
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
