Cheesecake Cream Pocket Pies (6)
Here's a very unique pie for you to try: a cheesecake filling inside our light, flaky, and buttery crust! Filled with lots of cream cheese, the sweet potato softens the texture while the marshmallow fluff sweetens it up. Vanilla and cinnamon are added for more flavour.
Ingredients:
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Sweet Potato, Cream Cheese, Marshmallow Fluff, Vanilla Paste, Spices
Baking Instructions:
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
