GR8 Thai Veggie Pocket Pies (6-Vegetarian)
Collaborating with GR8 Thai Sauce, we're excited to be sharing with you a very unique and flavourful pie! Using their authentic Massaman curry that has tons of spices, herbs, and flavours, we've added paneer, green papaya, peas, and carrots: typical ingredients with various textures that you'd see in a Thai dish. Very mildly spicy with a little bit of sweetness, this is one flavourful vegetarian pie that you gotta try!
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Paneer, Peas, Carrots, Green Papaya, Coconut Milk, Dried Red Chili, Lemongrass, Garlic, Shallot, Galangal, Tamarind, Coriander, Cumin, Kaffir Lime Leaf, Mace, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Corn Starch
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
