Cranberry Chicken Brie Pie
Inspired by a unique pie in New Zealand, this is our take at this popular pie in the deep south. A combination of sweet and tart with the creaminess of Brie. Mixed in with pieces of chicken breast and you have some nice comfort food encased in a tender, flaky, and buttery crust. Who would you like to share the 8 hefty slices with?
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Chicken Breast, Cranberries, Brie, Milk, Apple Cider
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pie.
- While frozen, bake at 425F for 20 minutes.
- Turn the temperature down to 350F and bake for another 50 minutes or until it's golden brown.
- Let the pie cool for about 30 minutes or until it's warm at the bottom of the plate. Enjoy!
