Blueberry Pocket Pies (6)
Enjoy the blueberries while they're in season! The addition of apple cider vinegar and thickening of the filling amplifies the blueberry flavour. Cinnamon and nutmeg are added to balance out the tartness.
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Blueberries, Apple Cider Vinegar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Potato Starch
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
