They're pizza pockets... but better! Relive your childhood with every bite of these cheesy pocket pies. Using our housemade tomato sauce with a hint of cayenne pepper, we dice the capocollo from the Italian Centre Shop and add extra mozzarella for that cheese pull that you and your family can enjoy!
Ingredients:
AP Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Capocollo, Mozzarella, Tomato, Spices
Baking Instructions:
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
Tip(s):
To enjoy that stringy cheese experience, eat the pocket pie warm and freshly baked out of the oven.
