Using our housemade tomato sauce with a hint of cayenne pepper, we dice the capocollo from the Italian Centre Shop and add extra mozzarella for that cheese pull that you and your family can enjoy!
AP Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Capocollo, Mozzarella, Tomato, Spices
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
To enjoy that stringy cheese experience, eat the pocket pie warm and freshly baked out of the oven.
