Element Café Pocket Pies (6)
If you love coffee and pies, why not combine both? We've collaborated locally with Element Café and using their most popular coffee beans (Uganda Sipi Falls), we've infused it into the milk before turning it into a crème pâtissière. Flaky, tender, and buttery on the outside; smooth and moist with bold coffee flavours on the inside!
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Milk, Eggs, Corn Starch, Element Café Uganda Sipi Falls Coffee Beans
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
