Cranberry Chicken Brie Pocket Pies (6)
Inspired by a unique pie in New Zealand, this is our take at this popular pie in the deep south. The combination of tart with a little bit of sweetness work well with the creaminess of Brie. Mixed in with pieces of chicken breast and you have some nice comfort food encased in a tender, flaky, and buttery crust.
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Chicken Breast, Cranberries, Brie, Milk, Apple Cider
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
