Curry Co. Thai Veggie Pocket Pies (6-Vegetarian)
Collaborating with Curry Co, we're excited to be sharing with you a very unique and flavourful pie! Using Curry Co's Massaman curry, we're that has tons of spices, herbs, and flavours. Paneer, green papaya, peas, and carrots are added as they are typical ingredients with various textures that you'd see in a Thai dish. Mild with a little bit of sweetness, this is one flavourful vegetarian pie that you gotta try!
Flour, Butter, Sugar, Salt, Coconut Milk, Paneer, Peas, Carrots, Green Papaya, Garlic, Shallot, Herbs, Spices, Palm Sugar, Tamarind, Vegetable Oil, Corn Starch
- Line parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Optional: Egg wash the frozen pocket pies.
- While frozen, bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Let the pies cool for about 7 minutes and enjoy!
